And obviously this is where the dangers lurk.

And for most guys its the extreme pumping that will lead to some of the worst injuries.

One of the most common is discolouration.

If your a veteran or if you are in tune with your body well enough that you can follow a safe program then why not.

But always proceed with caution…

Listen to your body.

And pay attention to the positive physiological indicators.

If the workout for whatever reason becomes too taxing just stop.

Give your body a rest.

Recover, reconfigure your plan and continue as you see fit.

If you were to Pump daily this would be a great way to go about it.

  1. Warm Up with either a hot towel or an infrared heating pad for 10 minutes
  2. Edge for 2 to 5 minutes
  3. Go into the penis pump semi erect
  4. Pump for 5 to 10 minutes
  5. Warm down for 5 to 10 minutes

You could throw in more sets with time along with increasing the duration.

But start off slow.

This is not a race by any means.

The reason I ask this is because I think if you are going to pump everyday it should be viewed more as maintenance.

The workout is meant to be light.

However there have been cases of guys reporting on how they would just pump for fun for years.

After work with no plan just because they enjoyed the act.

And after 10 years of indulging in this practice reported growth of .5 to 2 inches in size both in length and girth.

But these dudes were not in a rush.

It was just a habit or daily ritual.

And over time they saw growth.

However if you are looking for more rapid growth you may want to look into combing your pumping regimen.

With either Jelqing, Clamping, or Hanging.

It depends on what your goals are.

My Experience

I remember when I asked the question “Should you penis pump everyday?”

And I said why not.

Lets do it!

No experience at the time.

Just hung ho to try out this new and novel approach I thought.

Went in guns blazing.

And I caused all kinds of damage.

Mainly the discolouration like I mentioned before.

Not the end of the world as you can always do a TCA peel as mentioned before.

What I found tho is that I was too extreme in my approach and found that by the 4 day of trying to pump.

Consecutively my penis was just way to sore.

It felt like a big bruised banana.

Took too little time to warm up.

Would spend too much time in the cylinder.

Used higher pressure than I should of.

It was just a recipe for disaster.

But that being said I learned.

Refined my techniques.

And now use pumping in much more conservative fashion.

I still will pulse pump up to 12 psi.

But I’m far more in tune with my body.

And know just how far too push.

Along with when to pull back.

Of course these things come with time and practice.
