Penis Pumping and Easy Fat Loss

I get alot of questions I get in the DM’s on IG are usually PE related.

And the guys that listen to the show also know about what I do.

In regards to coaching busy men into getting in shape.

Which would be the best form of PE to go with.

When you are trying to lose fat.

And doing PE at the same time.

This is my response to that exact questions.

Due to the fact that we talked about exactly what I would do.

In his shoes.

And how Im actually dealing with this exact issue as I get close to my competition.

Bigger Penis Less Fat!

First and foremost I’m going to assume you are looking to increase your size.

And may have tried other methods in the past.

All of which are valid!

For the most part.

But in most cases the tried and true methods always reign supreme.

Methods like hanging, jelqing, stretching, clamping and so on.

However if you are training hard at the gym.

And then doing a super intense PE sessions.

You may fall off the wagon real quick.

Adherence is what leads to success in PE.

Which is why its paramount that you go with something that’s easy.

Well, passive at least.

Which won’t require as much time.

And that’s why I decided on penis pumping.

The beauty of pumping is you can get up pump.

Do some quick manual work.

Go about your day.

Then come back and do it again.

Without using too much energy.

In losing fat you should be in a caloric deficit.

Which can lead to you feeling a little down at times.

Which is why I prefer this method for myself.

And other dudes who have asked me on the subject lets discuss how the two mix.

The benefits.

And how it can work for you.

How to Combine the Two

If you work out in the morning.

I would pump post workout.

If you work out in the evening I would still pump once in the morning.

And once before bed.

The goal here is to do it 2 times a day.

For at least 3 to 5 times a week.

Without pumping interrupting your already packed schedule.

As mentioned before the purpose of this program is to generate as little stress.

As possible.

While losing fat.

If you are stressed out.

You will not be able to get rid of the fat.

No matter how hard you try.

Remember the goal here is to increase size.

As your body goes through an intense change in body composition.

Which is why I chose this very non intrusive method.

Pumping is passive and damn near pleasurable.

Doing an extreme cut with an intense PE regimen.

Is a lot to ask from anyone.

So lets keep it simple.

The Fat Loss Program

Penis Pumping and easy fat loss is something I created during my own contest prep.

I wanted to do some type of PE as I cut intensely.

However for most people.

Including most of my clients the cutting aspect will be nowhere near as intense.

This will be a broad layout of how I would approach fat loss.

For most beginners.

Step 1: Track Your Current Intake

The first thing you need to do is track everything you eat.

If its going in your mouth.

Then track it.

Weigh it on a food scale.

Input the data into my fitness pal and know where you currently stand.

Step 2: Create a Caloric Deficit

In the Goals setting in my fitness pal you can decided how to set your Macros and Calories.

Aim to lose 1 pound per week.

It will then shoot out your calories and Macros.

I would aim to keep your Protein equal to 1 gram per pound of lean body mass.

It may take some guess work.

Calculate your body fat percentage (honestly)!

If your at 30 percent body fat its all good just make sure.

That your protein intake match your lean body mass as accurately as you can calculate.

I like keeping my fats lower and carbs higher.

As carbs will be used for energy.

Carbs are not the enemy!

Nor are fats!

They are just food types, it just comes down to balance.

Step 3: Follow a Resistance Program

More muscle recruitment will lead to more energy being used from food.

It will stoke that metabolic fire.

Improve how you look aesthetically.

Just to name a few of the benefits.

As a man you have to develop stronger muscles which in turn.

Will lead to stronger bones.

Better circulation.

And in most cases a better, stronger, harder penis.

Pair that with penis pumping and easy fat loss.

Your cock will reach new heights.

So if you don’t know where to get started my best suggestion would be to hire a coach.

Or follow a simple push, pull, legs program.

Most bodybuilding bro splits programs will suffice as well.

Just get your ass in the gym and start putting in the work.

With a solid program!

Step 4: Cardio/Steps

Let me make something crystal clear as a coach and physique competitor right now.

Cardio is important, but…..

It should not take precedence over your resistance training!

There are a lot of skinny fat people running around in this world.

Who do Cardio for hours and look awful.

Why?

Because they have no muscle mass!

Cardio is important but do it after your muscle building program.

It will help increase your caloric deficit.

Which will lead to more fat loss.

But it shouldn’t be a priority in your fat loss journey over resistance training.

For the most part.

So how much cardio should I do?

I would do at least 20 to 40 minutes after training.

However another good option that exists is to just get your 10 thousand steps in daily.

Its low resistance cardio.

And can be done any where and at any time.

The Penis Pumping Program

When it comes to penis pumping and easy fat loss its important to keep everything simple.

Yes it will require a little effort and sacrifice to a degree.

But its a simple approach which will render you the most gains.

So lets jump into the penis pumping program.

Step 1: How many Times a Week?

I would pump for a minimum of 3 to 5 times a week.

Its important you get some rest days in between each exercises day.

Why?

Excessive pumping could lead to some discolouration.

Soreness and so on.

If your new to pumping give yourself rest days and over time.

You can increase the days you pump.

Start off doing less.

And add more when you are ready.

Step 2: How long Should I pump For?

If your new to pumping I honestly feel 10 minute sets are good enough.

If you feel good with 1 set you can throw in a second one.

But always err on the side of caution.

Check to see how you feel and allow the right amount of time outside of the cylinder.

To let oxygenated blood into your cock.

If your more experienced you could definitely do 2 sets of 15 to 20 minutes.

It comes down to how well you know your body.

And how comfortable you feel.

As mentioned before you could do a set in the morning and a set in the evening.

One before you take a shower.

And one before bed.

After the shower slap on a light cock ring to maximize the expansive effects of the pump.

Lets go over a simple pump workout.

  1. Warmup in either the shower or with a hot towel.
  2. Get semi Erect or do a light Jelqing set
  3. Lube up your dick
  4. Get into the cylinder
  5. Pump to a comfortable low pressure
  6. Do your set (as many as you plan on doing)
  7. Do a 10 minute warm down
  8. Slap on a cock ring

That’s all there is to it.

Which is why if your doing a fat loss cut I love this PE workout over all others.

Its passive, its its simple and requires very little effort.

My Experience

Penis pumping and easy fat loss are two things that go very well together.

The fat loss can get complicated at times and has required a lot of energy.

A lot of recalibration at times.

It can be frustrating when you dedicate as much time as I did to fat loss and not see the results you were going for.

Which is why for a while in my prep I didn’t even care about PE.

It took a backseat.

And yes all my effort was pretty much geared to getting as lean as possible.

So I could showcase my physique on stage.

But Ive been doing PE quite diligently for the past few years and didn’t want to lose my gains.

From completely neglecting PE.

Prior to this cut I was hanging.

But penis hanging was way too taxing on the body.

So I opted for doing a far less strenuous approach.

Which led me to back to penis pumping.

Its fun, its easy and its super simple!
